Sleep deprivation is a frequently overlooked cause of premature aging!
Try to increase your sleep by 10%. I know in this day and age it's hard to do, but with some planning you should be able to make some time for it.
It is important to sleep in total darkness.
In the best of circumstances, you should get enough sleep to be able to wake up on your own without an alarm clock.
