GREENS

In the post, "Disease and Aging", there are specific things you can do to turn back the clock and prevent disease. One of the important steps (week 3) in the protocol is to increase your leafy green vegetable intake by 40%.
Well, I found that a little hard to do. :( The good thing is I've found some things that make accomplishing this task much easier. The reason I started this blog in the first place. : )
1. Odwalla "Superfood" Micronutrient fruit juice drink. It contains; wheat grass, barley grass, wheat sprouts, jerusalem artichoke, nova scotia dulse, spirulina, and of course fruit juices and puree to give it a better taste.

2. Eat the darkest greens possible, such as romaine lettuce instead of iceberg. Also one of the best possible greens to consume is spinach.
